Join us at the Nepco Lake shelter from 10AM to 3:00PM on January 21st for a day of fun in the snow.
The event is free to attend and attendees will receive a hot meal and an entry in our door prize giveaway of outdoor equipment.
Activities at this year’s event include:
- cross-country skiing
- snow shoeing
- ice fishing
- curling
- fur trapping
- outdoor photography
- ice skating (learn to skate)
- hockey puck shoot
- bb-guns
All the equipment necessary will be provided free of charge. Take this opportunity to get away from TV and electronics and spend the day with your family enjoying outdoors together.
At 3:00PM the same day, join the River Cities Nordic Ski Club for their chili feed and night ski. Their event helps to raise funds to support the junior nordic ski team in Wisconsin Rapids.
