There are several levels and sponsored youth programs within Kiwanis.

Kiwanis International (website)
Kiwanis International has more than 600,000 members adults and youth in more than 90 nations worldwide. This is the governing body of he Kiwanis organization.

Circle K International
Circle K is a service club for collegians and has nearly 13,000 members on more than 500 university and college campuses in 16 nations. Circle K was established in Washington in 1947. It's members are committed to leadership, service, and fellowship. The nearest Circle K Club can be found at UW-Stevens Point.

Key Club International
The oldest Kiwanis sponsored-youth program is Key Club. Established in California in 1925. More than 2 million youth have enlisted in Key Club since it's inception, including many leaders in government, business, entertainment and sports, from US President Bill Clinton to Elvis Presley.

WR Kiwanis sponsors a Key Club at both Lincoln Senior High School and Assumption High School.
